Commuting from Apple Valley Townhomes

Bear Valley Road runs west from Sioux Road across the Mojave River into Victorville and reaches Interstate 15 in about 9.9 miles. From there I-15 heads south over the Cajon Pass toward San Bernardino and the Los Angeles basin, and north toward Barstow. Victor Valley College is about 5.6 miles and Apple Valley Town Hall is about 5.2 miles. St. Mary Medical Center, on Highway 18, is about 8.1 miles.
By bus
The Victor Valley Transit Authority runs the public bus, with a hub at the Apple Valley Post Office. Route 47 runs the Bear Valley Road and Navajo corridor on this side of town, Route 43 connects to Victor Valley College, and Route 49 runs to the Mall of Victor Valley. The agency also runs Dial-A-Ride and connections toward the Victor Valley Transportation Center.
Parking at home
Open parking sits in front of the buildings, and private garages are available for $75 a month if you want one. The homes are one, two and three bedroom townhomes. The single-level one bedroom is about 660 square feet from $1,050 a month, the two bedroom townhome about 930 square feet from $1,395, and the three bedroom townhomes run to about 1,236 square feet.
