The layout
A townhome, not an apartment
Nothing here is stacked. Every home shares a wall or two with a neighbor and nobody lives above or below you, so the floor is yours and so is the ceiling. This is the difference people feel the day they move in.
Nobody above or below you
In an apartment building someone walks across your ceiling and someone hears you cross your floor. Here there is no one. The homes sit in low buildings, side by side, so the only shared surfaces are the walls between neighbors. You own the full height of your home.

Bedrooms upstairs, living downstairs
The two and three bedroom homes are two stories. Downstairs are the kitchen, the dining area with the door to your deck and yard, the living room and a half bath; upstairs are the bedrooms and the full bath. The one bedroom homes are on a single level. It is the layout of a small house, which is what a townhome is.
What else comes with the layout
Every home has central heat and air, a gas range, and the fenced backyard with a deck off the dining area. The homes are one, two and three bedroom townhomes. The single-level one bedroom is about 660 square feet from $1,050 a month, the two bedroom townhome about 930 square feet from $1,395, and the three bedroom townhomes run to about 1,236 square feet. Every home has central heat and air, a gas range, and a dining area that opens onto its own fenced backyard with a deck. Each open home shows its current rent on the availability page.
